THE RUSTIC BACKYARD Halloween Event Waiver & Release of Liability By signing, I acknowledge the risks of attending and participating in the event, including falls, uneven or muddy ground, outdoor conditions, insects, animals, equipment, slides, jump pads, the haunted trail, darkness, decorations, and other guests. I voluntarily assume these risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless The Rustic Backyard, its owners, operators, employees, volunteers, contractors, agents, and representatives from claims, injuries, losses, damages, or expenses related to my attendance or participation, except where prohibited by law. This applies to me and, where legally authorized, minors in my care. I am at least 18 and am the parent or legal guardian of any minor listed, or have permission to make decisions for that child. I will supervise minors. I agree to follow all rules and safety instructions. Attractions may close due to weather, safety, maintenance, or overcrowding. The Rustic Backyard is not responsible for lost or damaged property. I authorize emergency medical assistance when reasonably necessary and accept responsibility for resulting medical expenses. I understand photographs and videos may be used for promotional and business purposes, and I grant permission for use of images of me or my minor children without compensation. I may opt out by notifying staff upon arrival. I have read and understand this waiver and voluntarily agree to its terms.
